Who We Are

Contact Point was established in 1996 by former employees of Caleo Software, Inc. (formerly C3 Computer Telephony, Inc.) after Caleo was acquired by Mosaix, Inc. Caleo Software developed the predecessor application to Scout, so we know the product inside out. Most of our employees and associates have been together since 1994.

Our backgrounds include voice programming, telephone switch integration, data network design and implementation, and other mission-critical work.
