Contact Point Technologies manufactures, distributes, and supports ScoutTM, the premiere call management solution for small and mid-sized call centers. Scout uses state-of-the-art Dialogic voice processing technology, coupled with Microsoft Windows NT, to deliver a reliable, scalable solution for inbound communications coupled with dial-intensive, outbound requirements.
Contact Point Technologies is also a reseller for Hewlett-Packard server platforms and Zetafax network-based facsimile management systems. Zetafax is the integrated, LAN-based fax solution of choice for Scout.
Scout: An inbound call center software solution that gives small groups the kind of call-handling control that until recently was available only to large call centers. Scout gives companies the power to
integrate call handling, call queuing, IVR, supervisory capabilities, statistical reporting, and analysis for groups of four to twenty-four agents.
Scout Plug-Ins: Software enhancements to the Scout Call Center platform. Plug-Ins are a great way to easily expand the Scout system's capabilities.
