InterQ for ScoutTM sends callback requests from your Web site to your Scout telephony server. To receive a return call from Contact Point, complete the form below and press the Call Me! button. Request a return call by 3:00 PM Eastern time on business days and we'll normally call you back by 5:00 PM the same day.
Callback requests go to the next available Scout agent based on rules that the administrator sets in the Scout server. InterQ for ScoutTM can include a brief questionnaire that determines the best way to route the callback request through the Call Center.
